Malaysiakini: Kamunting, woof woof?

I've been busy with work so I've been out of the blogosphere for a while. You know, there's a funny thing. Everytime I get snowed under, something happens that just begs me to blog about it.

Okay, a lot of things have happened. Teresa Kok has been released and of course, the issue now is about the infamous 'dog food' comment where Teresa said the food served to her was just 'a little bit better than dog food'

Now, Teresa, I blogged in your support when you were detained but I just have to say this. You were detained under the ISA, Internal Security Act, the law used against communists, terrorists and people who piss off Mahathir.

What were you expecting? Kobe Beef Steak with Barbecue Sauce? Perhaps accompanied by a glass of Dom Perignon Champagne?

I laughed out loud when Teresa made that dog food comment on TV. Come on la. You can't complain about the food when you are in the ISA. ISA is not international gourmet festival. It's prison. Perhaps, with your status as MP, you were expecting something..well... something more but they burst your bubble with the boiled eggs.

Look, it may not be physical torture as the quality of the food is merely psychological torture. That's how the system works. In fact, a friend of mine in Thailand said Teresa was lucky to get eggs because in Thailand, sometimes all the hardcore prisoners get is stale bread and a little bit of water.

That's beside the issue. It is prison. Prison is supposed to punish. It is not punishment when you are served six meals a day. Prison is mean to be a deterrent, an harrowing experience that makes you think twice before you stick up the cashier at the 7-Eleven.

Face it. Prison is tough. It is supposed to be tough. Prison food is bad. It is supposed to be bad.

In my opinion, Teresa should not complain about the food quality. Challenge the grounds on which you were detained first. Why were you there in the first place? Who put you there? The balding, shiny headed Home Minister. ( Again, please, seriously consider a wig, we're getting too much glare)

You know, I know Kamunting in and out. I've passed the ISA detention God knows how many times. Kamunting is a nice little place, actually. And to think RPK is gonna spend 2 years (maybe more) there.

Mind you, Teresa, Pete has to eat the 'slightly better than dog food' for two years.

Anyhow, Pete's detention is unjust. To say he insulted Islam is to say Samy Vellu is a clean politician who has the people at heart. Pete tried to drum some common sense but unfortunately, some people's skulls are just too thick. I have to say if and when Anwar comes to power, the first thing he needs to do is release Pete and put a certain 83 year old retired politician who can't keep is mouth shut for five minutes without commenting on the nation's wellbeing in there. There, national security achieved, the 'pengacau daun' is locked up.

The only threat to national security are the politicians themselves. They needlessly complicate even the most simplest thing, which is stupid to say the least. I have an idea, instead of jailing bloggers, why don't we empty the Kamunting camp and fill them up with the politicians? I can guarantee you the nation would be much more peaceful when all the politicians are safely quarantined behind lock and key.

Try to imagine Malaysia without the politicians making a mockery of themselves. Try to imagine Malaysia without a bunch of pot bellied, balding and money grabbing politicians at the helm. Try to imagine a Malaysia without the politicians whose brain have been replaced with dollars and ringgits.

Truth is, Malaysia would be a heaven on earth.

Unfortunately for 51 years, politics have complicated this nation and the the truth is, Malaysia is kind of like Kamunting detention camp itself. Everything is isolated and secured behind lock and key. Bloggers tap the wrong key on the keyboard, send them to ISA! ISA this, ISA that.. Haihhh... Kerana nila setitik, rosak susu sebelanga. Understand? Because of the politicians, our nation has a bad reputation.

We have a great country. What we don't have is great politicians because politics on whole is like the sewerage system. It is the same everywhere. Politicians complicate, twist and ruin everything to suit their needs and their needs alone.

Understand that and you will understand what I am trying to say.

Malaysiakini: Of Morons and Idiots

I haven't updated my blog in a while, because with everything that is going on, everyone has blogged about the ISA arrests of RPK, Seputeh MP Teresa Kok and Sin Chew reporter Tan Hoon Cheng.

Of course, a heck of a lot of whiplash has resulted, culminating today with De Facto Law Minister Zaid Ibrahim tendering his resignation. (Which has to be applauded, the man has balls)

Now, Pak Lah and Najib, the Mr. DPM-agrees-to-power-transition-plan- like-it-is-their-grandfather's-property are holed up in a meeting. Pak Lah, knuckles white from gripping the seat but still sleepy as always, is allegedly asking whether Najib is intending to honour or use the excuse thathe'll follow what the delegates want and challenge the sleepy ol' Prime Minister for the numero uno post in UMNO.

Look, I don't want to be arrested under the ISA. (I'm not a politician, I don't need the publicity.) Anyhow, the point I want to make is the Pak Lah and Najib are acting awfully like Borat. I mean so narrow is their thinking that they can just 'handover', handpick successors for the nation's top leadership post. Excuse me, Pak Lah and Najib, unless you have a geran tanah that puts your names as the owners of Semenanjung Malaysia and Sabah/Sarawak, you have no right in just passing the chair to someone you fancy. In case you have forgotten, there are millions of other Malaysians who have a right to actually choose the leader they want to lead the country. We don't want your choice stuffed down our throats.

This I'll-handpick- and-put-him-on-the-seat attitude is disgusting. The Prime Ministership is being bandied about as if it is some personal toy. The post of Prime Minister is being passed around like some 'harta keturunan'. Surely the balding Santa Claus lookalike YAB Najib is not the only one qualified for the post? Don't tell me UMNO, with its millions of members, keris wielding leaders and 'Chinese are squatters' remarking leaders do not have another qualified leader to helm the party/country? Or are UMNO members stupid enough to accept a choice forced down their throats?

I want to ask the UMNO members. Not the bogus Datuks and the real Datuks making a nuisance of themselves, but the common Pak Cik and Mak Cik on the street. What do you know about Najib? What makes you think he can be a good PM? What has Najib done for you to warrant your confidence in him? (Anyone noticed Najib's nose looks like Rudolph the reindeer's?)

On another point, I read alleged reports that Ku Li (Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah) is running for the President post (again). Interestingly, rumours abound that Tun Dr.M (one time political arch nemesis and now just a 82 year old retired old man who can't seem to keep quiet) is backing Ku-Li!

Astonishing!

One would do good to remember the bad blood between the two. The two of them feuded so bitterly that they even tore UMNO into two pieces (UMNO Baru and Semangat 46) . And now, the pot has joined the kettle.

I have no grudge against Ku-Li. He is a very able leader, as he demonstrated in his term as Finance Minister and also in vastly improving UMNO treasury. However, I have to say this, please don't take this the wrong way, but I just have to say this.

SUDAH LA...

Your time has passed (this especially applies to the retired old man also) . This nation is at the throes of a new beginning, a new era. You are leaders of the past and you should remain in the past. The past and the present are very different, as different as Samy Vellu and Tun Dr.M. The thing now is that there are a lot of problems facing this nation and we need fresh blood that can reinvigorate the nation, rejuvenate the country. We don't want the same old tired faces anymore. Wait, I think I'm using too complicated words for an old mind to understand. I'll make it simple.

WE-WANT-CHANGE.

Understand? Faham? Comprende?

Hey, any of you see the pattern? Tun Dr.M, when he was the hellbent, tyrannical, iron fisted and still could tell the difference between an apple and a grenade, (back in the good old days), was constantly criticized by the Tunku. (Remember?) Ultimately, after his two decades of ruling the country like it belongs to him, Dr.M handpicked Pak Lah to succeed him. The retirement vacation didn't last long did it?

For some reason known only to the workings of his 83 year old mind, Tun attacked Pak Lah on a variety of issues, sparked by the 'crooked bridge issue' (Bet you remember that).

So, history always teaches us what happened in the past so we don't make the same mistake twice. Now, Pak Lah the sleepyhead, handpicks Najib, who is entangled in more accusations and allegations than a deep sea fishing net caught in seaweed. This doesn't bode too well for Najib does it? Who knows? When Najib becomes PM as handed down by Pak Lah, he might suddenly find one day Pak Lah marching into Putrajaya to shout at him 'for ruining the country'. Or he might exit UMNO in a huff, causing a split, then later rejoining to back a rival. He might also say that Najib was never his first choice and that his first choice was the Oxford educated (yeah, right) Khairy, who probably by then would be the DPM.

Then the whole cycle would start again with Khairy attacking Najib, who would try to broker a transition deal but Khairy would probably say he'll leave it to the delegates.

Of course, Najib can go the Dr.M's I-am-God-of-Malaysia way and arrest his Deputy under charges of sodomy, thus consolidating his power for the next 22 years.

Come on la.

What to call them? Idiots? Morons?

Syed Hamid, Home Minister who said they took the reporter under ISA after threats were made to her life, to protect her. I am neither an idiot or a moron because only an idiot or a moron would believe you and your shiny balding pate. ( One word, WIG)

Muhyiddin, the man I believe is being manipulated to raise issues to force Pak Lah to step down. Doubtless, UMNO has more talam dua muka within than from outside. UMNO is being torn from the inside and Muhyiddin is a prime example.

Tun Dr.M, with all due respect, please, please, please, learn to keep your opinions to yourself. You ran this country for 22 years and look where we are now. This is not your private property for you to keep forcing your views. Your time has passed and now let Pak Lah, as the Prime Minister of the day to run this country. If he sucks at it, then he's a moron. Why do you bother?

Pak Lah, listen to me. Stop sleeping, you drowsy politician. You need to cut the cancer off before it kills you. If I were you, I would swiftly mutilate the cabinet. If my DPM is like this, I would drop him. If my Ministers questioned me, I would drop him also. Do not fear for fear would lead to your downfall. Learn something from your enemies. Look at what Dr.M did to stay in power. Stop acting like a sissy in Chow Kit and start acting like Prime Minister in charge.

Look people, ISA was meant to deal with the Communists. Do you see any AK-47 carrying communists running around blowing up railway lines? I don't. For crying out loud, even the Soviet Union no longer exists. You start using ISA on common people then you are no better than the merciless communists themselves. Media should never be muzzled because they are not your pet dogs to be muzzled and tied to a leash.

Mahathir always speaks of without fear or favor (He can talk like that, he was the taikor of this country) but there is always fear. So long as the ISA is abused, there can be no true freedom. You talk about this being a democratic country, I say this is ISA country. You talk about freedom and equality, I say this nonsense.

All I see is a bunch of idiots and morons fighting for power.

Malaysiakini: Pack your toothbrush, it's gonna be a while

Well, I can't say I didn't see this coming.

Raja Petra Kamaruddin has been arrested earlier under the ISA.

Of course, even Pete himself saw it coming.

This is a sign, this arrest is a warning. I myself think that this arrest is a prelude to much bigger things to come. Of course, this is expected of course. BN, especially UMNO is desperate now and desperate people resort to desperate measures.

I wonder if the BN/UMNO realizes that it is playing directly into Anwar's hands? Arresting Pete has caused a major outrage in the cyber community. Bloggers and pretty much the pak ciks surfing for news and porn are miffed at this development. This move, the arrest of Pete is sure to bring more discontent and make the government even less popular. People will view the arrest as a evil desperate act to muzzle the noble whistle blower Pete who continuously had aired the government's dirty laundry in public.

Sure, they say Pete insulted Islam. Sure, they say Pete's articles were seditious.

If that is true, then my neighbor is actually an alien from Mars.

There is something called freedom of speech. What Pete said/wrote is covered by this fundamental right. Right now, if you arrest and jail every disgruntled blogger under the ISA, 3/4 of Malaysia would be in Kamunting. That is the truth, the true level of discontent. Do they think by arresting Pete, Anwar would back off? Or would they arrest Anwar again, this time under the ISA as a 'danger to national security'? Come on la, you can't arrest every Abu, Ah Chong and Maniam...

The government wants to thwart Anwar. It is as simple as that. To ensure its own political survival, Anwar must be stopped. The arrest of RPK is the start of that damage control.

All RPK did was speak out.

There are those who wishes for us not to speak. Why? Because while truncheons may be used in lieu of conversation, words will always retain their power. Words are the means to meaning and to those who listen, the enunciation of truth and the truth is there is something wrong with this country.

We must speak and think as we see fit but now the shadow of the ISA and the Sedition Act looms over ever poor soul that sees fit to speak and think as they see fit.

How did this happen? Who is to blame?

Truth be told, if you need to look at the guilty, you need to just look into a mirror. The masses who voted for BN, I know why you did it. I know you are afraid. Who wouldn't be? May 13 repeating again? Kampung Medan repeating again? Special rights taken away? Chaos and conflict reigning?

Many reasons corrupted your reasoning and robbed you of your common sense. Fear got the best of you and in your panic, you turned to BN. BN promised you stability, order and peace. All they demanded in return was silent obedient consent.

Fairness, freedom and justice are more than words. They are perspectives. If you don't see the direction we are heading to, then I suggest you keep on 'pangkah BN'. However, if you see as I see, if you hear as I hear, if you feel as I feel and if you seek as I seek, then I ask you to stand beside RPK, stand beside us, those who seek liberty and equality, those who seek freedom and fairness and together, we shall fight the fear that is being brought onto us and ultimately, prevail in the name of freedom and democracy.

Fear is what is being used against us. Fear of the ISA, fear of the Sedition Act, fear of another May 13, fear of another Kampung Medan, fear of racial riots, fear of our rights being stripped, fear of us being marginalized in our own country. Using this fear, capitalizing on our fear, there had been a total hegemonic power monopoly that profits but a few.

In the name of freedom and democracy, let us stand together to face this storm!

LIBERTY AND EQUALITY,
FREEDOM AND FAIRNESS,
MALAYSIA,
NOW AND FOREVER!

Godspeed,Pete.. Our prayers are with you

Malaysiakini: Parliament Building to be moved to Taiwan?

I picked up today's copy of the Star and the picture that greeted me on the front page is that of the first batch of the Barisan Backbenchers happily (desperately?) packing their bags and going on their 'study' trip to Taiwan.

I don't get it.

What are they going to 'study' in Taiwan? Biology? Chemistry? Physics? Additional Mathematics? Modern Mathematics? English? Geography? Pendidikan Moral? (They need to learn that one)

Ini buat lawatan sambil belajar ni pakai duit siapa? Duit sendiri? Kalau duit sendiri tak apa la. Tapi, I think this whole lawatan sambi belajar is funded by us, the taxpayers. Ini tiba-tiba nak buat rombongan pergi Taiwan ini apa hal? Tergopoh-gapah nak keluar negara apa hal?

Snap out of it la. You are not six year old kindergarten students to go on a study trip. (Judging from their behavior during debates, they might as well be in a kindergarten.) You are not school students to go on a study trip. They are Malaysian MPs, elected by Malaysians to deal with Malaysian problems in Malaysia. Is there Taiwan in there? No! All the problems are in Malaysia. Stay in Malaysia and deal with the problem instead of running away to Taiwan like a common criminal jumping bail.

I wonder what are they going to study there? Probably this, (See video below)

Nak ambil tips bergaduh from Taiwan Parliament? Hilarious! Pandikar Amin might want to be careful, the MPs might come back with new kung fu skills.

Next thing you know, they will move the Parliament Building to Taiwan. Hilarious!

Anyhow, let's leave the issue of the fleeing MPs aside. Let us come back to the issue of the A.I. No, no, not Artificial Intelligence (because lacking any sense of Intenlligence), but Ahmad Ismail, the UMNO Bukit Bendera Chief who has been hogging the limelight longer than Paula Abdul on American Idol.

Ok, so maybe he needs to lose some weight and see a dentist about those buck teeth and probably needs to see a dermatologist about his pockmarked face and his Donald Trump style hair is ridiculous looking.

Anyhow, again, Mr. Chinese-are-pendatang-but-the-reporters-misquoted-me
is back in the news again after that astonishing press conference where he ripped into Koh Tsu Koon, calling him a 'great actor'. (No, Koh Tsu Koon has never won an Oscar, not yet)

Now, let's see. This time, he does another press conference but this time, his supporters literally rips Koh Tsu Koon apart. Well, ok, a photo of Koh Tsu Koon but still, it's a humiliating slap in the face. The Indians call this 'Serppu Aadi' or in English, like slapped with a flip-flop (slipper around here).

This is where our favorite UMNO ultra says Gerakan should get out of Barisan, an insultingly humiliating remark for Gerakan. Of course, if Gerakan has any sense of dignity (I don't think so, since they are politicians) they should get out of Barisan instead of sticking around like a loyal Lassie.

Obviously, since the real Koh Tsu Koon was not present, A.I's loyally rabid followers spotted the picture of Koh Tsu Koon, back when his head was full of hair. Of course, they didn't like that photo being there.

So here, one pak cik, breaks the photo frame and the glass and takes out the photo, obviously taken when Koh Tsu Koon was much younger. Look, he still has a smile in the photo. Pity he doesn't know what's coming next...

Drums roll, please! The grand finale! The Pak Cik displays an uncanny resemblance to the Incredible Hulk as he hulks out and summoning superhuman strength, rips the photo of Koh Tsu Koon (still smiling in the photo as it is being torn to shreds). You'd half expect the Pak Cik to beat his chest like Tarzan. Hmmm... If the Pak Cik's skin was green, he would look exactly like an anorexic Incredible Hulk!

What's next? Koh Tsu Koon biting and tearing a picture of Samy Vellu?

And these people are supposed to be our leaders..... I'm rolling on the floor laughing....

Malaysiakini: Two Malays and an Indian

I've been under the weather for a while now and quite busy with so many things on my hand. However, even then, I still have time to read the papers and my, my, things in Malaysia are surely becoming bitchy.

First and foremost, a Malay UMNO Bukit Bendera, Ahmad Ismail (A.I) and his 'pendatang' remark. My, how this issue has exploded. First his disappearance, then Pak Lah telling 'I'll tell him no to do it again', then Najib publicly apologizing for A.I's remarks and on behalf of UMNO, to A.I's press conference yesterday where he flatly refused to apologize.

Here, another Malay, a blast from the past, wades in, Tun Dr.M, the guy who does not seem to realize he has already retired (Perhaps old age contributes to amnesia?). At 83 years old, when most of his age would already be in a coffin six feet under, the former Prime Minister thinks he is still the Prime Minister and thus needs to comment on ever issue affecting Malaysia every 3 seconds. Perhaps due to old age and declining mental faculties, he does not realize the meaning of the word 'former'.

Anyway, the jolly old Dr.M gives his ever flowing comments from his never wrong, know it all 83 year old mind. He said that A.I does not need to apologize, in fact ex-Prime Minister asked why must Malay leaders say sorry. Of course, the old man thought this was still the time when he reigned supreme over the land, where once his word was the law.

The old man didn't expect the backlash from the blogosphere and the Internet over his comments. People expressed disgust at him (once an offence punishable by ISA) and called him a racist and even questioned Dr.M (once, you could have been hauled up in court and charged with sodomy for that)

Of course, once his mind came back to 2008, he realized the mistake and backtracked, saying that he was not defending A.I and he didn't like what Ahmad had said. He explained he was merely expressing disgust at the Malay leaders' s inability to control racism and the culprit should be hauled up to the UMNO Disciplinary Committee if he refused to apologize. (Where I'm guessing he'd probably be awarded with a keris and celebrated with a kenduri)

Yeah, right......

Is this a case of one Ultra defending another Ultra?

There is an interesting parallel. Remember what Mahathir said about George Soros, the Jewish American investor/financier, whom Mahathir blamed for the Asian Economic Crisis? Remember how he ranted and raved against Soros? He blasted Soros, accusing him of this and that and maintaining that Soros was to blame. Look at the picture below, funny how old age affects your mind doesn't it?

You know, a lot of accusations has been hurled at Anwar that he has the support of the US and he was going to 'sell' the nation to the US after he becomes PM. Much has also been bandied about that Anwar was close to Wolfowitz and many Jews.

Now, look at the picture above. That is Dr.M and the man supposedly responsible for the Asian Economic Crisis of 1997, George Soros. Look at the picture... Awwwww... Doesn't Dr.M look so happy?

Remember that Dr.M once said in a speech that 'the Jews rule the world by proxy'? If Dr.M's 83 year old mind has forgotten, George Soros is Jewish, he is a Jew. So, Dr.M is shaking the hand of a Jew, taking into consideration his own speech, does this mean he is also a proxy of the Jews?

Hilarious!

Anyhow, we passed the two Malays and now we come to the Indian in question. No good story would be complete without a Tamil film villain. Who is he? Probably the most famous Indian ever in Malaysia. A man dubbed 'The Lord of the Indians', he is none other that Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu.

Of course, the former Works Minister and the still reigning MIC supremo has been out of the news a while after his thumping and utterly humiliating defeat in the last general elections, where, even for his considerably bloated girth, he too was uprooted by the political tsunami.

Why is he in the news?

Malaysia today had an article on it, 'How Samy made 50 million with a stroke of a pen'. Of course, for us common folk who have to languish and work hard just for RM 50, we thought this was a heartfelt public tip provided by Samy Vellu on how to increase our income in face of tough times.

Turns out it was a report on how Samy allegedly bought a state owned land for RM 3.8million. The problem was the land was worth RM 52 million, not to mention it was slated for a school. Bought under the MIC's name, Samy was named as the beneficiary on the title and the MIC as only trustee. Don't take my word for it, look at the documents.

~~Sigh~~

Where is our nation heading to? Into the pockets of our politicians?

One wonders what is Pak Lah doing... I think the picture below sums it all up...

And people say Bush is the bad guy....

Malaysiakini: Lim Kit Siang exposes BTN racism

I was trudging through my daily list of blogs, checking the news and the happenings when I happened to read Lim Kit Siang's blog, about the racism of the BTN indoctrination.

Lim Kit Siang's blog

Of course, since Najib is in the business to make apologies for other people, why doesn't he make one for this?

The crux of the matter is this, a parent wrote in to Kit Siang and complained about the process the JPA scholarship students go through, the indoctrination process.

1:
As part of the course, which is mandatory before they are sent overseas, all non-Malays are segrgated and given lectures on the history of the country and how the immigration of the Chinese and Indians had taken place. And finally how the Chinese and Indians were given citizenship. The Malays too had their own similar sessions.

2: The instructors blatantly told them that they should not question the rights and privileges of the Malays as the non-Malays should be thankful that they were given citizenship status and a place to stay on their soil.

okay, now, please excuse me but bad words are about to be used. So skip the next part if you don't like bad language.

What the fuck hell kind of fucking attitude is that? What kind of motherfucking moronic, idiotic, imbecilic son of a bitch bastard says that? Who the fuck hell do these people think they fucking are?

~~SIGH~~

Now that I got that off my chest, let's continue as politely as we can.

No one can claim solely this is my land, just as no one can claim solely this is my water, my air. The Chinese built up the economy of this country(mining, trading, etc, etc) just as the Indians built up the infrastructure of this country by sweat and toil (Roads, railroads etc, etc.)

We are thankful that we have citizenship and a place to stay but please be reminded that this is NOT your land. This land belongs to the Orang Asli, who through systematic marginalization and oppression, have been kept illiterate and in the jungle. This is not a surprise. Even the US does not belong to Bush and family. It belongs to the Red Indians, the original inhabitants, who were systematically eradicated and oppressed.vIf the Chinese and Indians are immigrants, then so are the Malays. This land belongs to all, not only one single race.

Don't question Malay rights? And what rights are that? What have they done to deserve such a right? Can they not live without the government spoonfeeding them? Are they premature babies who need a looking after every 3 minutes? Are they moronically incapable that they need everything to be put on a platter for them? I have Malay friends. I know they are not stupid.

The Malays at large have been accustomed to being treated special, treated with a velvet glove. They have become addicted to the special rights and privileges. This is how BN and UMNO have been in power for so long. They scare the Malays by saying that if the Opposition takes over, all their so called rights and privileges would be taken away. And just like a baby whose pacifier is taken away, the Malays react so predictably.

I want to say this. RACISM SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED. UMNO OR BN OR PAKATAN OR PKR. Anyone who tolerates racism is a racist.

Look at Zulkifli Nordin (PKR), and his attempt to storm the Bar Council.

We Muslims have been tolerant enough all this while… so many years we have been forced to live under law that is not Islam. It is time for the Muslims to speak up and I would take the lead for the Muslims to speak up,’

- Malaysiakini report on 18th August.

51 years of independence, and this where our mentality is??

In fact in one of the videos, our jolly old Zul is said to have uttered the Sabah and Sarawakians speak 'Bahasa Tarzan'. What an insult!! Filthy, rude, crude and uncivilized! What is Anwar, who preaches equality for all is going to do about this?! Is that merely campaign rethoric? Come on, Anwar, your own rank is talking like he belongs in UMNO! Your own man talks as if he is about to raise the keris and shout ketuanan melayu! Why is there no action taken against him? If you tolerate racism, then you are a racist!

What is going on? 51 years of independence and we are not going forward an inch. If anything, we are on a downward spiral to racial disharmony. 51 years and we ae now worse than we were before!

The never ending tale of HINDRAF/MIC..

Cats and dogs.

Snake and mongoose.

So many words can be used to describe HINDRAF and the MIC saga. It is undeniable that HINDRAF is the impetus for change, the cause of the makkal sakthi wave that caused the March 8 political tsunami. It is undeniable that HINDRAF's endorsement of PR contributed significantly to PR's success.

Now, the thing is, people are beginning to tire of this. I mean not MIC, because MIC has long been hated and shunned but also of HINDRAF.

Waythamoorthy released an open letter posted on the HINDRAF website. He allegedly accused Vasanthakumar, one of the HINDRAF 5 in ISA, as a Special Branch plant, planted to disrupt and bring down HINDRAF.

Before we o any further, I have to say this. Tactically, from a military strategy point of view, it is very plausible. The FBI, the CIA and almost every intelligence.counter intelligence agency has perfected the art of 'agent provocateur' to a science. It is an effective and oft used tactic when dealling with 'problematic elements'. The French Intelligence planted agent provocateurs in the Greenpeace when Greenpeace started protesting French Nuclear testing. Cases and examples of agent provocateurs go back long way in time to the times of the Romans.

So, certain people defended Vasanthakumar, notably his wife, who said when Waythamoorthy wanted to stop the HINDRAF rally in KL on November 25th, Vasanthakumar insisted they continue. His wife further claimed this was the cause of bad blood between them and she accused Waythamoorthy of chickening out.

If this statement is true, then Waythamoorthy wanted to stop the rally. Vasanthakumar insisted they continue and so they did. Analyze the action and result. Because they did, the HINDRAF leaders are now in prison. If they had not continued, they would not be in prison.

I mentioned agent provocateur before. Do you know what this means?

It is French word, translated it means 'agent who provokes'.

Again, we see the situation. Waythamoorthy dissented, did not want to proceed with the rally, thus depriving the government of a reason to arrest them. However, Vasanthakumar insisted they proceed, thus giving the government a reason to arrest them.

See what I mean?

Is he a Special Branch plant? We might never know for sure but some clues are there.

Anyhow, I want to say this. It is high time, instead of whining, tough talking and backbiting, MIC and HINDRAF should work together to find a solution to the problems faced by the Indian community. The Indian community is sick and tired, they have been sick and tired for many years now. MIC with their shady MAIKA deals, SILF issue and so on. People want an end. People want a solution, not continuous fighting and accusing.

Personally, I despise MIC. I hate MIC. MIC is rotten to its core. MIC are not the Malaysian Indian Congress, they are the Malaysian Indian Crooks. I must say to those who MIC sympatizers and supporters, I hate you too. However, I will not let my emotions cloud my judgments and thus I will let MIC's track records speak for itself. MIC's track record shows that MIC is not supposed to be trusted with a single sen, much less helping the Indian community.

Although, I have to say, judging by the looks of it, MIC/HINDRAF issue is not going to end anytime soon.
